Built for Ramelle Van Vleet King (1892-1948). She was the ex-wife (1936) of (Charles) Curtis King (1888-1980). She was also the daughter of Peter and Ramelle Van Vleet. Ramelle divorced King and received half-interest of the 90-acre King estate.  King’s family ran J. R. Watkins Co. See Chetolah (Van Vleet home), Kingsland
