Robertson County, TN

Robertson Co. is northeast of Davidson Co. and includes Springfield, Adams, and Cross Plains. It was established in 1796The area holds several of the earliest Middle TN settlements since travelers were primarily migrating through the Cumberland Gap. The county is named for James Robertson, a founder of Nashville and owner of Richland.
